How long does it take to set up ClubShub?

You can get started with ClubShub in under 30 minutes. Simply sign up, create your academy profile, add your branches and courses, and you're ready to start managing students.

Do I need technical knowledge to use ClubShub?

No technical knowledge required! ClubShub is designed to be user-friendly for academy owners and staff. Our intuitive interface makes it easy to manage your academy operations.

Can I import my existing student data?

Yes, we provide data import tools to help you migrate your existing student information from Excel files or other systems. Our support team can assist you with the migration process.

Is there a mobile app available?

ClubShub is fully responsive and works perfectly on all devices including smartphones and tablets. You can access all features through your mobile browser.

How many branches can I manage?

The number of branches depends on your plan. Starter plan allows 2 branches, Professional plan allows 5 branches, and Enterprise plan has unlimited branches.

Can I create custom forms for student enrollment?

Absolutely! ClubShub's custom form builder lets you create enrollment forms, feedback surveys, and other forms with various field types like text, email, dropdown, and more.

How does the payment system work?

ClubShub integrates with Paytm, UPI, and more to process payments securely. You can accept online payments for course fees, and the system automatically tracks payment status and generates receipts.

Can I track student attendance?

Yes, ClubShub includes comprehensive attendance tracking. You can mark attendance for each class, generate attendance reports, and track student attendance patterns over time.

What's included in the free trial?

The 14-day free trial includes all features of the Professional plan. You can test all functionality with up to 500 students and 5 branches without any commitment.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! You only pay the monthly subscription fee for your chosen plan. Payment processing fees are standard charges (2% + GST for domestic cards).

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount for annual billing. This means you get 2 months free when you pay annually. Contact our sales team for annual pricing details.

Yes, we take data security seriously. All data is encrypted, stored securely on AWS servers in India, and we follow industry best practices for data protection and privacy.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export your data at any time. We provide export tools for student information, course data, and reports in Excel and CSV formats.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate your account. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.
